All WTCSD members are invited to participate in the next meeting of the WTCSD Advocacy Committee to be held on Thursday 22 April at the WTCSD. Join your fellow members for a lively discussion of issues that impact your ability to trade freely and fairly around the world and then recommend actions to be taken by the WTCSD. 07:30 for networking and Euro breakfast followed by one hour of meeting and out by 09:00 am. The Fermanian Business & Economic Institute (FBEI) of Point Loma Nazarene University is a dynamic and multi-faceted hub of Business & Economics in Action! Our goal is to be a leading voice of the connection between business and economics in a wide variety of venues through events, publications, professional consulting and speaking, that creates s a value-added and personal relationship approach to professional development.
We believe that behind every successful businessperson is a strong network of professionals and we do our best to instill that in our undergraduate students and MBAs. By hosting several networking events for our students and business constituents on campus and attending events in the business community, we expose our students to the wide range of business contacts that we have throughout the San Diego Region. Our Professional Development Events, Executive Development Events, and Fermanian Executive Network Events are designed to bring together students and members of the business community to hear from a variety of industry leaders as they share their expertise, insight, and business acumen with our guests.
The FBEI also offers economic consulting services provided by Chief Economist, Dr. Lynn Reaser. Annual Economic Forums will feature Dr. Reaser as keynote speaker as she shares her outlook on the global, national, and local economy. She and her team of economic researchers also work collaboratively with San Diego firms to provide
actionable economic analysis and assist them in research and consulting projects.
