Stephen Fanucchi

Steve Fanucchi is a Shareholder in the Attest Services Group of Mayer Hoffman McCann and a Director at CBIZ MHM. He has over thirteen years of experience in public accounting in addition to experience in private industry.

Steve's technical expertise is in providing audit and consulting services to both publicly traded and privately held companies. He has experience in several different industries including manufacturing and distribution, life sciences, technology and software.

Steve assists his clients with revenue recognition, purchase accounting, accounting for stock-based compensation, equity and debt instruments, and general business consulting enabling clients to make informed decisions on financial reporting matters.

Steve is a CPA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of San Diego. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. Steve also sits on the Board of Directors and is Treasurer of the San Diego Police Foundation.
