Efrem Venters

As a Director for Client Services for Resources Global, Efrem helps clients execute internal initiatives to evolve their Information Management and Supply Chain Management infrastructures to meet the growing demands of their business.

Prior to joining Resources, Efrem served as Program Manager for HP's portfolio of connectivity technologies and products, and led enterprise initiatives to innovate, produce, and launch new products worldwide. He also served as HP's strategy leader focused on developing supply chain architectures for the Imaging and Printing Group's Attach Business.

Prior to joining HP, Efrem was a commissioned Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy specializing in IT and new technology integration for carrier battle groups. His 12 year Naval career as a certified Naval aviator placed him in a number of operational roles including Aide to the Commander of the 3rd fleet. Efrem is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, with a BS degree in Oceanography. He also holds an MBA, with emphasis in finance and MIS from San Diego State University.
Efrem has been a resident of San Diego for 16 years.
